Mom & Phil came to visit for the long Columbus Day/Thanksgiving weekend. We had a lovely, relaxing weekend with them. They arrived on Thursday afternoon.
Friday morning mom & I went to the gym. She went to yoga – not baby yoga though, so London had to stay home with Pepere. In the afternoon Mom & Phil took London to the Toronto Zoo. I took advantage of London being out with her grandparents and met Pete by his office for taps & apps (he got out of work early for the holiday weekend).Friday afternoon we had a little family photo shoot. Later that night Pete & Phil went to the Raptors/Celtics game while Mom, London & I laid-low at home.
Saturday we had a relaxing morning at home. In the early afternoon Pete & I took off to celebrate our anniversary – couple’s massage & an early dinner. London got to spend the afternoon hanging out with Grandma & Pepere. We sure she was spoiled rotten.
Sunday morning Pete & Phil took off early to head to Buffalo for the Patriots/Bills game. London, Mom & I spent the day sewing, swinging & making soup. The boys were back in the early evening just in time to enjoy Mom’s chicken soup.Monday afternoon we walked up to check out Chinatown. On the way home we stopped at the Whistle so Mom & Phil could have a sample of the local beer. We headed to Liberty Village for dinner. Phil & Pete had to play a quick three rounds of bachi ball on the way out of the restaurant.
As it always does, Tuesday came too quick & Mom & Phil were on their way home. We had a great visit! Can’t wait to see you soon!
