I heard on Wait, Wait Don’t Tell Me that the food pyramid had been replaced by “MyPlate” – sad that I sometimes get the US weekly news via this podcast…

Well here’s my plate tonight…delicious fresh vegetables, fruit & herbs. Haddock with strawberry & avocado salsa (highly recommend this *recipe*; I make it with about twice as much avocado, no sugar or jalapeño pepper) cooked in parchment paper with green beans. Mashed sweet potatoes with cinnamon. Tomatoes, basil & mozzarella. So good.
